✶ A spell is a spoken or silent intention— a focused thought, shaped by words, carried by breath. In modern days, we might call it an affirmation. It’s what you choose to believe, repeat, and embody. Each time you recite it—or simply feel it—you’re realigning your energy. What matters most is trust. Trust that your intention is heard. Trust that EVERYTHING is happaning for your highest good. Trust yourself. Because in truth, you’re not forcing anything— you’re simply remembering. You’re calling this energy from within.
