Inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work on heart–brain coherence, this Reiki infused art session is created to help you synchronize the wisdom of your heart with the clarity of your mind. Our hearts are intuitive, while the mind is logical. Much like yin and yang, the moon and the sun, the shadow and the light. Each exists for a reason. And when they meet in balance, we arrive at harmony, at peace, at grace.
