Chakra Harmony Intro
Before Session
If you want to take things to the next level there are two ways.
First, you can take the questionnaires i prepared for you, to know approximately how healthy your chakra system is. And after the session, you’ll have something to compare with.
Second, you can download this simple PDF, to evaluate your chakra on a scale of 0-5. For this one, it is recommended that you meditate for at least 15 mins, just to settle your thoughts and tune in to your own body before the self-evaluation.
If you are fine with not taking any step before the session, it is absolutely okay. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and safe.
During Session
10 minutes before the session, find a comfortable space. you can either sit or lie down.
It is okay if you fall asleep during the session, you’ll still receive the benefit of reiki.
Its best to leave 30-60 mins before and after the session, so you will be in no rush. If you can’t, it’s okay too. Mentally tell yourself that you are relaxed and the timing will be perfect!
You can choose to close your eyes and rest or play the video down below. It is the full version of the chakra harmony session. It helps you enter a relax state. And it is the same length of the session, so you can also use it as a timer.
During the session, memories and thoughts may appear. Simply observe, and let them flow. Trust that you will remember what you need to remember after the session.
